Your Offer
Before you build anything, you need to know who you serve and what you do for them. Module 1 is the 5 Day Offer Intensive. You choose your niche, name your differentiator, write your offer promise, price it, and start your first outreach conversations. You leave with a clear, priced offer you can explain in one sentence.
Module 2
Build Your Offer
Now you build the thing you're actually delivering. You choose your format (a workshop, a group program, an organizational consulting engagement, or a 1:1 package), build it out, and set up a delivery system you can repeat. You leave with something ready to deliver, not just an idea.
Module 3
Your Business Foundation
Get set up so you can actually get paid. Legal structure (LLC vs. sole proprietor), business banking, contracts, invoicing, bookkeeping, and tax basics. Everything is in place before your first client says yes.
Module 4
Your First Client
Getting your first client without a big audience, an email list, or a complex funnel. You build a warm outreach system, learn a discovery call framework, write proposals and scopes of work, and handle objections, all using the network you already have.
Module 5
Your Delivery System
How to deliver like a professional. Client onboarding, managing an engagement from start to finish, handling scope creep, reporting outcomes, collecting testimonials, and asking for referrals. The clinical skills you already have carry straight over.
Module 6
Your Visibility
How people who don't already know you find you. Content strategy, LinkedIn, email list building, pitching speaking engagements and podcasts, and a visibility habit you can keep up alongside a full-time job.
Module 7
Your Pricing & Growth
Growing what you built. When and how to raise your rates, moving from project work to retainers, adding a second offer, knowing when to hire, and a 90-day plan. You finish with your SW2CEO Graduate Profile.
Months 5 & 6 — Implementation Phase
No new modules. Just you, executing.

Do I need to already have an audience or following?
No. The program is built for people who are starting from their expertise, not their platform. The Warm Outreach Framework in Module 4 is specifically designed to get your first client using only the professional network you already have.
Do I need a specific license or credential?
No. This program is for social workers, regardless of licensure status. What matters is your experience and expertise — not which letters you have behind your name.
I work full-time. Is this realistic?
Yes — this program was designed for people with full-time jobs, families, and full lives. What if I don't know my niche yet?
