Use the survey questions below as a starting point for your surveys.  

Your questions should be based on specific goals you want to achieve with the data, such as: 

  • Gathering demographic information: Collecting data on your audience's relevant demographic factors.  
  • Measuring satisfaction: Understanding satisfaction levels and gaining feedback on current services being offered. 
  • Gauge customer needs or preferences: Uncover your target audience's preferences, needs and expectations for products or services 
  • Gathering opinions and insights: Collecting opinions, ideas and insights into your audience's specific needs related to your service.  

1. Demographic Information:

   - What is your age range? (18-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56+)

   - What is your current location? (City, State, Country)

   - What is your current occupation? 

2. Satisfaction or Feedback:

   - On a scale of 1-10, how satisfied are you with the current services available?  

   - What specific improvements or changes would you like to see in the services being offered? 

3. Customer Needs or Preferences:

   - What specific challenges or issues do you face as a _____________ (member of my target audience)? 

   - What types of coaching and consulting services do you believe would be most beneficial for _______________ (you and other people in my target audience)? 

4. Brand Perception or Awareness:

   - How familiar are you with existing services available for __________________? 

     (Very familiar, Somewhat familiar, Not familiar at all)

   - What key qualities or characteristics do you associate with reputable, effective services for ______________________? 

5. Opinions or Insights:

   - What do you believe is needed but NOT being offered? 

   - How do you think service providers can differentiate themselves in the market?
